We understand things come up and plans change. We do our best to work with you on cancellations. Our cancellation policy is Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. If you are outside of this cancellation policy please reach out to us and we can see what we can work out.
Our Dallas and Arkansas units are all pet friendly. We offer pet amenities such as kennels and dog treats.
Yes all of our units are child-friendly.
Our normal checkin time is 4PM however if our cleaning team is done early we do allow for early arrival.
